Welcome to Mystery (the "Application"), developed by Mystery-dev831 ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to generate esoteric, spiritual, or astrological content. You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Entertainment Purposes Only: All readings, insights, predictions, and content provided by the Application are strictly for entertainment purposes.
• Not Professional Advice: The Application does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional relationship advice. You should never make important life decisions based solely on the content generated by this Application. Always consult a qualified professional for serious matters.
• AI Unpredictability: Because the content is generated by AI, it may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or nonsensical. The Service Provider guarantees no accuracy or reliability of the generated results.

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the Application, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Application.

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Generate or share illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or highly offensive content.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the AI models or the Application's infrastructure.
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.

All original content, design, and graphics within the Application are the property of the Service Provider. The text outputs generated by the AI for you may be used for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Application is ad-supported and utilizes third-party services (such as Google AdMob and Google Play Services). Your interactions with these ads and services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Application after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

The Application includes a virtual currency ("Coins") that can be earned through in-app activities, such as watching advertisements, or purchased in "Coin Packages" via our iOS PWA using our secure payment processor, Stripe. Coins are licensed to you solely for your personal use within the Application to access certain premium features. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, real currency, or any tangible goods outside of the Application.

Certain features of the Application require you to input text (such as questions, dream descriptions, or physical/emotional states). You explicitly agree not to input sensitive personal information (e.g., full legal names, addresses, social security numbers, or financial details). While we process this data securely to generate your AI reading, the Service Provider assumes no liability for any sensitive personal information you voluntarily choose to include in your text prompts.

For users accessing the Application via the iOS PWA, we offer the ability to purchase virtual currency via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and data processing agreements.

Strict Refund Policy: We offer a conditional refund policy for purchased Coin Packages. You are only eligible for a full refund if absolutely none of the coins from the purchased package have been used. Once a single coin from the newly purchased package has been spent within the Application, the purchase becomes final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
